Thurs Feb 4th: Heath and Sara Arrive Springfield. 6 p.m. Heath will teach Fight Seminar at Springfield. Also doing a "Meet & Greet" autograph session in Springfield at "The Roost Bar & Grille" starting at 9pm.
Fight Club: Cost is 50 per person w/ Free Autographs and Pics
Friday Feb 5th: Heath and Sara will get pampered at Worlds Best Salon Spa " Essentials Lake Ozark" and then attend a Cage Fight in St. Robert where they will be the Special Guest at "Area 151 Elite Cage Fight" and then Finish the Evening with a Special Guest Appearance/Autograph Session at After Dark Gentleman's Club In St. Robert at 11 p.m
Sat Feb 6th: Heath and Sara will attend at 10;30 the "Grand Opening" of Tim Coles WareHouse Gym & Nutrition in Lebanon as well as Train in his Hardcore Class from 11-12. The Grand Opening will be from 11-1 with Live Radio Broadcast from 103.7........ Special Discounts/ Meet and Greet Session with Heath Herring and FREE Cold Club Sandwiches and Refreshments will be provided. Then Afternoon "Poker Fun" and Finally the Grand Finale as Special Guest at RINGSIDE for UFC 109 8pm
Sun Feb 7th: Superbowl Party Guest at Ringside!!!
